Jeffrey focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, representing injured victims in matters including:

  • Motor vehicle accidents
  • Premises liability/slip and fall accidents
  • Dog bite incidents
  • Wrongful death cases

Jeffrey has tried cases to verdict in several counties in Pennsylvania as well as in Federal Court. He has also negotiated hundreds of cases to settlement.

In addition to personal injury litigation, Jeffrey has an extensive background and continues to practice in the fields of estate planning as well as corporate and real estate transactions. He handles a variety of issues in these areas including:

  • Preparation of wills, trusts, living wills and powers of attorney
  • Estate administration
  • Contract preparation and review
  • Purchase and sale of businesses and real estate
  • Formation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships

Jeffrey graduated cum laude from Villanova Law School in 1987 after attending Penn State University. He went on to receive a Master of Laws in Taxation, also from Villanova Law School in 1991. He served as a summer clerk for the Honorable Daniel Huyett of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania before going to work for a large center city Philadelphia law firm. Jeffrey has been with the Hoffman, Michels & Sternberg law firm since 1991.

Jeffrey's professional and community involvement has included:

  • Serving as an Arbitrator for the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas
  • Serving as an Arbitrator for other attorneys in alternative dispute resolution forums
  • Serving as a basketball coach for the Council Rock Basketball Association
  • Serving as President of the Greentree Summit Condominium Association
